I'm incredibly patient and kind and truly enjoy helping others. For several years I spent 5 nights per week attending to the needs of my elderly neighbor with Alzheimer's. I stayed at her house each evening to ensure her safety and that she didn't leave. In the morning I would assist with bathing, dressing, medication and feeding. Personally, I have grown up with scoliosis, wearing a back brace from 5th - 8th grade and eventually needing to have a posterior spinal fusion at age 14. In that regard, I feel like I can relate to others in the frustrations they are going medically and emphasize the positives.
