I am a Postpartum Doula looking to support families during the tender period after the birth of a new baby. I'm able to provide a wide range of services including, but not limited to: emotional support, evidence-based information and assistance with baby care and breastfeeding, meal prep, referrals, errands, light housework, assistance with other children in the household, childcare while the parents are home, pet care, and so much more. I am also a certified yoga instructor and reiki master and can provide private sessions as well as assist with stress management.
