Whitney contacted me to come to my house and give me an estimate. We scheduled over a week in advance, as it is the holidays. She had my address at that time. She contacted me the day before our meeting to ask to reschedule for 2 days later. No problem. Day of rescheduled meeting? She sent a text 7 minutes before our time to meet and said she was running late - about 30 minutes and asked for grace. I, of course, agreed. An hour later, I still had not heard from her so I sent a text to see if she was still ok. This is the response, "This is too far of a drive for me. I'm sorry. Happy holidays!!!" Wasted a full morning for her convivence and she blew me off. Very unprofessional.
