About Weslea

Weslea cared for my son and daughter for two years, from the ages of 2.5-4.5 and 0-2 respectively, and in that time became an indispensable part of our family. Wes is a wonderful caregiver who approaches her role with a high degree of professionalism and intentionality. Her work is informed by her long experience in childcare, her own journey through parenthood, and her knowledge and interest in child development. She treated our kids with kindness, respect, patience, and firm guidance. She was not just a babysitter but a third parent in our home, who helped teach and reinforce good manners, early life skills, and emotional regulation (and taught my husband and I a lot about parenting, too!). Wes also has a light, loving, and silly personality that our kids responded to naturally. She was always punctual, responsive, adaptable, and thoroughly communicative. She is a self-starter, a safe and confident driver, and has experience caring for children with developmental challenges.
