Have worked in several daycares, as a kindergarten Paraprofessional and most recently Nanny for infant and toddler. I love to see them happy and to watch them grow. I am by nature a nurture which would be my focus and so much easier to do with a family than 16 plus kids in a daycare. I will play with and cuddle bunches! If there are any issues or fights or unhappiness I always try to redirect rather than punish. Reasoning is very effective even with preschoolers. I am very positive and dependable. I really just love children and so enjoy spending time with them. They are my passion.
