I have a clear bill of health, CPR certified, flu & COVID-19 vaccinated with other vaccines. A Clean history driving record & level II background check. I've worked in 3 major community hospitals in the ICU, ER Departments, telemetry units, post surgery units and I'm very familiar with all types of emergency situations. Furthermore, I've contracted & worked with our local, rehab/nursing & dementia facilities, hospitals, local health care staffing agencies, home health agencies and local senior private residential communities. I'm local, reliable, and trustworthy. Also, I can provide 1 hour "well check" visit 1-3x a week "as needed."

Wendy was great with my mother who has dementia. She was very flexible, worked extra shifts and came in early when my father was hospitalized. She seemed a little overwhelmed when my father was added to the caregiving routine, but may have adjusted if he was home longer before being hospitalized again. She communicated well with me as the one who hired her, but had a conflict with another family member and did not communicate this with me in order to fix the issue before she quit. This left me in a difficult situation trying to care for parents in different locations, with no time to find another caregiver. I feel like things could have been fixed with better communication. My choice for an accurate rating would be 3.5. I would recommend her in certain situations, but not all. No one is a perfect fit in every situation.
