My calling to care for others stems from a deep-seated passion for supporting adults and seniors as they maintain their well-being and independence. My background includes working as a registered nurse for 16 years, with experience in senior, cardiac, home, and emergency care. In 2020 I made the decision to stay home and homeschool my children. In my past experience I've provided compassionate care, adapting to changing routines and de-escalating stressful situations with patience and empathy. I prioritize understanding each person's unique preferences and history to build a strong connection. I communicate with families using their preferred method. I am available to assist with errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, and mobility assistance. I have a college degree in nursing, and I have been certified in CPR and First Aid in the past. I am eager to bring my experience and friendly approach to your family.
