Updating my review to reflect that Wendy no longer works for our family. Wendy was our full time nanny for most of the school year when my son was between 5 months and 1 year old. Wendy is very warm and nurturing and took excellent care of our son. He is very active and requires a lot of stimulation, which Wendy happily provided. She developed a wonderful relationship with him and he is still excited to see her whenever she stops by to visit. We always felt safe with him in her care and appreciated the effort she took in providing him with opportunities to learn and explore. Also a bonus- our house always looked much cleaner whenever she left! We ended our full time employment of Wendy when we made the decision to have our son transition to a daycare setting to have more interaction with other kids, but would definitely hire her again. Wendy has so much experience, so I'm sure she would be equally great with older kids. Any family would be lucky to work with her!
