As a retired pediatric/NICU nurse with graduate-level education in early child development, I offer a calm, patient, and professional approach to care. I have over 25 years medical experience and over 10 years nanny/ household management experience since retirement. Safety is a priority! I am highly comfortable enforcing your household rules and adapting to your preferred communication style, whether through daily written reports or verbal updates at pickup. My background allows me to support you with meal preparation, carpooling, and light housekeeping. Since I am a skilled swimmer, I am happy to provide expert supervision during water activities.
