A Truly Exceptional Caregiver — Highly Recommend! We had the pleasure of working with Wendy for a year as the nanny for our twin toddlers, and we cannot recommend her highly enough. Simply put, she is the best childcare provider we have ever worked with. From day one, Wendy brought a level of professionalism, warmth, and reliability that immediately put us at ease. She is always punctual, and her attention to detail is unlike anything we've experienced with other caretakers. Wendy seamlessly took charge of all aspects of our twins' daily care: diapering, feeding, playtime, and naptime, all handled with patience and consistency that helped our boys thrive. She also kept our home tidy throughout the day, which we deeply appreciated. As a bonus, she speaks Mandarin, giving our twins wonderful early exposure to a second language during a critical developmental window. But what stood out most was how naturally she connected with our boys. They adore her, and it shows in how comfortable and happy they are in her care. Watching her interact with them gave us complete peace of mind. Our twins are transitioning to pre-K, which is the only reason our time with Wendy is coming to an end. If it weren't for that, we would keep her on indefinitely without a second thought. Any family would be incredibly lucky to have Wendy as part of their childcare team. She is trustworthy, skilled, attentive, and truly cares about the children in her charge. Five stars, without question.
