Part-Time Nanny Available! During the past four years, I have been providing care for families with children aged 0-5, but mostly working with those in the infant to toddler range. I currently enjoy my role as a household assistant. I use developmentally appropriate activities to promote play-based learning (specifically incorporating outside exploration, music, reading, and language skills). Prior to becoming a nanny, I worked in the public school system. I have experience as a before- and after-school teacher for elementary schools in the Federal Way area. I also served as a Health Room Assistant at a local elementary school.

Wendy has been our part-time nanny (Tues-Thurs 9:30am-6pm) for the past year for our energetic 2yr old (Jan-Dec 2023). She is very kind and energetic (our toddler loves to play chase), is polite and patient (our toddler is a little rough), and does lots of learning / art activities. She even went above and beyond to help with little things around the house during her year with us (dishes, laundry, etc... as available). We are sad to see her go but with the birth of our second child in Dec 2023 we are trying the at home mom thing. I would highly recommend her as you will not find many nannies with the patience, energy, enthusiasm, and experience as Wendy has.
