About Wendy

I have several years of experience providing compassionate care to seniors and adults with disabilities, and I truly enjoy helping others live with dignity, comfort, and independence. Throughout my career, I have worked as an in-home caregiver, a Memory Care Activities Assistant, and a Community Living Support (CLS) worker and Job Coach. These roles have allowed me to develop strong skills in providing personal care, companionship, assisting with daily living activities, encouraging independence, and creating meaningful experiences that improve quality of life. I understand the importance of patience, reliability, and treating every individual with kindness and respect. Caregiving is more than a job to me--it's my passion. I take pride in building trusting relationships with the people I care for and their families.
