For more than 30 years, I've supported adults and seniors with a focus on compassionate care, dignity, well-being, and independence. My approach is patient, empathetic, and personalized. I take time to understand each person's preferences, history, and routines. I'm experienced in adapting to changing needs, de-escalating stressful situations, and providing meaningful memory-care activities. I value open communication and partnering with families to ensure their loved one feels safe, respected, and supported. I can assist with companionship and socialization, errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, standby ADL assistance, memory-care activities, and end-of-life support. I hold a college degree, Care Manager Certification, and Certified Memory Educator certification, with extensive experience in gerontology and older adult services.
