About Wendy

Making a positive impact on someone's life is my goal as a caregiver. My previous experiences supporting adults and seniors have solidified my passion for their well-being and independence. I've worked in the field of testing alongside RNs closely observing students for state Certified Nursing Assistant exams for a few years so am very familiar with care required in a formal setting. I can be available to help with errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation, ensure appointments and schedules are kept up with. I am patient, friendly, and detail-oriented. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with care. I communicate with families through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, always following their preferences. Building a connection by understanding someone's preferences and history is important to me. In addition to the experience of the testing enviroment I have a Vocational high school degree.
