We hired Wendy part time to be a nanny for our two boys (7 mos and 3.5 yrs old). She immediately hit it off with our older son and was also very comfortable with the infant. She's experienced with two boys of her own so she did not need much in the way of training or hand holding. She was also able to watch both boys while still managing to get light housework done. I appreciated that she was very proactive with the kids, offering to take them outside, to the discovery museum, parks etc. We were happy with the childcare she gave and will continue to have Wendy babysit for us in the future.
