I had the privilege of working as a Registered Behavior Technician, where I was able to support children with autism and developmental challenges in meaningful ways. Each day, I worked one-on-one to help them build communication, social, and everyday living skills while encouraging their independence and confidence. I followed individualized plans from a BCBA, but what stood out most was celebrating each child's unique progress no matter how small. This role taught me patience, compassion, and the importance of creating a supportive environment where both children and their families could thrive
