About Wendy Anne

I have over 15 years of experience caring for children from infant age through age 14. I am 100% engaged in child development. I provide Art and Craft lessons, outdoor activities, and homework help. I am nurturing and supportive with safety being the number one priority. I've been a teacher for Before and After School Programs, Summer School Programs, a teacher for Early Childhood Education programs ( Infant-5 years old), and am currently the Building Substitute Teacher ( 8:30am-3:00 p.m. M-F) for a local middle school. I am CPR and First Aid Certified. I hold a BFA in Visual Arts, 12 hours of ECE college credits, and a Head Teacher Certification for Infant through School Age Childcare from the Connecticut Office of Early Childhood. I am very comfortable with all pets. I can cook, clean, and have reliable, and safe transportation. I am seeking a part-time position to care for children after school on weekdays. I can also provide evening and weekend childcare.
