Wendy has been with us for 2.5 years and I can't say enough good things about her. We have a 6 y/o, 4 y/o and 6 month old and and is incredibly loving, nurturing, entertaining, kind and patient with each of them. They all adore her. She doesn't require micromanaging and is always able to juggle multiple kids activities with ease. She frequently takes the kids out to kid-friendly places. She sends lots of photos throughout the day which I love. She's a great driver, excellent cook and super creative. I trust her implicitly. She is an integral part of our family. We plan to go back to the au pair program in the fall which is the reason we are parting ways. Wendy is truly a gem and her next family will be extremely lucky to have her!
