I'm a nurturing and experienced childcare provider with a passion for fostering children's growth and development. Over my 3 years in the field, I've had the privilege of supporting families and providing reliable care for up to 3 children at a time. My patient and calm personality, coupled with my creativity and imagination, allows me to create a safe and engaging environment for the children in my care. I believe that open communication is key to building trust with parents, which is why I provide written daily reports and make myself available for verbal communication at pickup. I also respect each family's preferred communication method. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I am very comfortable doing so. I believe that children thrive in a structured environment, and I am committed to helping them learn and grow in a positive way. In terms of activities, I love playing outdoor sports and physical games with children.
