About Wei

We have been incredibly happy having Wei care for our children. She is kind, respectful, and warm, and it is very clear that she genuinely loves and appreciates the children, who appreciate her in turn. She is always calm and never needs to raise her voice with the kids, yet is still able to command their respect. The children listen to and behave very well with Wei around. She was also invested in the children's activities and accomplishments. When she takes them to soccer or other activities, she doesn't simply drop them off and wait, but watches with interest. She is every bit as proud of their accomplishments as a parent would be. She frequently sends us photos and videos from their activities, which means that even when I have to miss an activity because of a work conflict, I still get to share in the moment. For example, she once captured a fantastic video of my son participating in a great play that resulted in a soccer goal. Those are moments that I would otherwise miss, and it means a lot to know that she is there cheering him on and capturing them for us. Wei is exceptionally reliable and punctual. She is usually a little early, never late, and has never missed work. She enjoys introducing Chinese culture to the children and loves introducing them to Chinese language and food. She is enthusiastic about teaching Chinese to any children in her care who wish to learn. Overall, she is a wonderful caregiver who is dependable, attentive, nurturing, and genuinely invested in our children. We feel very fortunate that she has been available to care for them and would recommend her without hesitation.
