About Wednesday

I'd describe my personality as positive and caring. I like taking care of seniors, because someone who listens and cares can make a big difference to someone in need at a difficult time in their lives. I understand the balance that needs to be achieved between a caregiver, the person being cared for, and their family. I want a mutually beneficial arrangement. I enjoy a situation where people communicate clearly and expectations are defined. In my spare time, I like to do stained glass, and I love cooking with my husband or playing frisbee with our dog. One thing you should know about me is I am punctual and rarely ever call in sick. My skills include bathing, perineal and wound care. I've worked with dementia, stroke, COPD and bed bound patients. I've also done work with special needs children.
