Hello my name is Wayne!! I started caring for people with special needs when I was just 16 years old working as an adaptive sports intern for Oak Hill. I've now been in the field as a behavioral technician/registered behavioral technician working with all ages for the past 10 years! In my spare time, I like to explore nature and work on my cars! I can adapt any situation/personality! I am extremely clean and don't mind cleaning up while sitting. My motto "Make anything fun and you will definitely have the child's attention!!" I currently have school obligations on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. while I pursue my BCBA!
