With a graduate degree and three years of experience in senior care, I bring a compassionate and patient approach to supporting well-being and independence. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with care. I communicate with families through daily reports, verbal updates, and regular texts or phone calls. Understanding your loved one's preferences and personal history is important to me. I also speak Chinese and Spanish. I am CPR and First Aid trained.
