My name is Wanda. I'm a 55 yr old disabled Army vet. I love caring for the elderly because they are the ones oft times overlooked. I am caring, compassionate, honest and very loyal. I've cared for my father who suffered from dementia and diabetes, my brother who suffered from diabetes, crohn's disease and was an amputee. I cared for a 93 yr old man whom I gave meds tidied up did laundry and bathed 3 times weekly. I've cared for a man with COPD, congestive heart failure, diabetes and dementia. I took him to his appts, gave meds, cook, fed, bathed and cleaned the home. I cared for an elderly woman with Lupus, diabetes and rheumatoid arthritis. I gave meds, cleaned, did laundry, and prepared meals . On my last care job I cared for an elderly man with diabetes and dementia 3 times wkly. I bathed and dressed him did his laundry and tidied up around the home. My rate is $20 hrly and I generally start my day around 9/10 a.m. I am Covid vaccinated and can furnish references upon request
