With two years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant, I specialize in memory care, where I focus on promoting morale and gentle movement. I am a Certified Reiki Master Practitioner and a Certified YOGA teacher, and I love guiding seniors through modified yoga exercises to improve their quality of life. I hold CPR Training and First Aid Training certifications.
