Walaa was amazing! She helped us out with our two babies very short notice, lifesaver! They are usually a bit shy but she was so sweet/caring that it was so easy to get them feeling comfortable. She had great communication & made sure to ask questions about what they needed. Even when they got upset you could tell she has the skills to help them manage emotions/redirect their feelings without getting overwhelmed. Would definitely use her again :)
