Experience: 10 yrs
I have been blessed with always loving the job I do. I am a retired teacher who then spent several years working in a preschool and have experience with infants through 8 years of age. For the past several years I have been a nanny for two wonderful families who both had an infant and a toddler when I started. I left the last family for rotator cuff surgery and I am now fully recovered and looking for my next adventure. I'm empathetic, nurturing, very patient, and have a great work ethic. I enjoy engaging children in fun learning activities as well as encouraging independent play. Having ran a classroom, raised three children of my own, and managed two families, I am well equipped to help manage your household and your precious child/children. I am also equipped to transport up to two children as needed. I would be honored if you decide to entrust your little ones into my care. I am looking to work 20-22 hours a week. I am flexible with days and hours.
I provide the highest recommendation for Vonda! She was our family nanny for three years. She started when I had a one and three year-old. Two years into her time with us, our third baby was born. She provided tremendous help with an infant while still being a fantastic caregiver to my older two children. Vonda is loving, responsible and very honest. She truly became like a family member to us. She is also reliable, organized and very tidy. The house always looked spotless when I returned home from work. She is creative and finds fun ways to teach the children. She is hands-down one of the most caring individuals. We were deeply saddened when we had to part ways when my family made an out-of-state move. We all miss her and are so grateful for her!
