About Vloren

We had the opportunity to work with a caregiver Vloren who was consistently kind, nice, and respectful throughout her time with us. She was always quiet and gentle in her approach, which created a calm environment. She was quiet and not interactive much verbally with my family member needing the care. One of her best qualities was her reliability—she arrived on time for every shift and was dependable in that regard. Did all tasks asked of her. She was quietly attentive to our loved onrbut seemed to need quite a bit of supervision and interaction with us. Her need for frequent interaction and clarification sometimes required more of my time than I expected, and I found myself needing to be present to answer her questions and provide direction. When I was around, she would follow me to where I was. That defeated the purpose of a caregiver being able to give me a few hours break. That said, her kind and gentle nature, along with her respectful demeanor, would make her a good fit for elderly patients and those with dementia or Alzheimer’s. She is patient and caring, and these qualities are important when working with individuals who need extra compassion and attention. In summary: a very kind, reliable caregiver who is best suited for situations where close supervision and frequent interaction are possible, especially with elderly or memory-impaired patients.
