I am seeking a part-time position. I have over 8 years of experience as a professional caregiver, providing support to individuals with mobility impairments, including recovery from orthopedic surgeries and musculoskeletal conditions. My responsibilities have included housekeeping, meal preparation, and medical appointments. My key strength is designing and leading physical rehabilitation routines and fitness programs that help elderly clients regain or maintain mobility. I have strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and nutrition. I am also certified in CPR and First Aid. I currently work at an adult day care center, supporting the physical and cognitive well-being of seniors. I am a registered provider with IHSS.
