About Vivian

Helping students reach their full potential is at the heart of my teaching approach. With three years of experience, I work with elementary through high school students in Math, English, and Sports & Fitness. As a Division I track and cross country athlete and Exercise Science graduate, I understand the importance of discipline, consistency, and goal-setting. I also believe every student learns differently, so I tailor my approach to their strengths and needs. I use patience, encouragement, visual aids, hands on activities, and real world examples to make challenging concepts feel manageable and engaging. Most importantly, I want students to feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and building confidence. Seeing that moment when something finally clicks is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.
