I have 25+ years of experience in babysitting children from newborn to young adults. Hired Vivian (Bibi) for a second time last Saturday evening and am very grateful for her help. Bibi is punctual, calm, responsive, confident and at the same time playful. She connects w children easily and understands the psychology of boys - for example, she knows how to set limits and expectations that help boys follow directions. She’s a true pro! 

Vivian was a great caretaker to my three-year-old son. She is compassionate, patient, understanding, trustworthy, and reliable.

Bibi was amazing! She watched my seven month old daughter and engaged with age-approriate activities, including reading her books, getting on the floor and playing with her and singing songs in Spanish. My daughter was having trouble with teething pain and she was a wealth of knowledge on infant care. We are looking forward to having Bibi back!

Viviane was very good with our 4 month old daughter. Although our baby had a little parental separation anxiety, Viviane kept engaging and calming the baby to get her feeling good again. Viviane is a very sweet care giver that has a natural great way with children.

BiBi is an exceptional babysitter, and I'd highly recommend her. She is both professional and down to earth. 

I didn't really know how sitters work, so I was going to wait until the day I needed her services to give BiBi a walkthrough. However, BiBi suggested coming by a few days sooner to meet my daughter (3 months) and get acquainted at no charge. She also assured me that she is vaccinated without me having to ask. To me, these were clear signs of her professionalism.

My daughter's eyes lit up immediately upon seeing BiBi-they became instant friends. BiBi seemed to get a lot of joy from holding and spending time with my daughter, too-I could tell she loves kids!

BiBi confirmed the day of just in case there were any changes on my end. When I got home, my daughter seemed very content to have spent the 3 or so hours with her new friend. 

We moved to CA, and I'm hoping I can find a friendly and reliable sitter like BiBi out here!

Viviane was wonderful with our 6 and 8 year old daughters.  She was fun and extremely responsible.  We were so grateful to have her and will definitely continue to request her as our go-to sitter.  Thanks again!

Bibi was a wonderful sitter for our 9 month old daughter. We spoke on the phone and I forgot to send my address and she texted to make sure I still needed her. She arrived and asked great questions about my daughter's routine. My daughter is having a little bit of stranger anxiety and Bibi engaged her, playing with her blocks and flashcards with her, and helped her feel more comfortable. She followed my instructions to the letter and made recommendations that were helpful. She was patient with our dog, who gets very excited around new people. We will ask Bibi to come watch our daughter again and are happy to have found a trustworthy, dependable sitter.

Vivi is a wonderful caregiver who has been helping me out with our 3month old son. She is incredibly sweet to our son, and I was immediately comfortable with leaving him with her. I would recommend Vivi to anyone!

Viviane (Bibi), is a blessing. She equally understands toddlers and elementary school kids and she handles them with confidence and ease. She's responsive, punctual, warm and energetic. I have two boys and they need to be active. Bibi is always taking them outside and engaging them in different ways. My little one has separation anxiety and she's able to manage through his fears and win his trust. I highly recommend Bibi for your family.

Vivian was absolutely phenomenal! She came to our hotel and watched our 9 month old while we attended a wedding. Vivian made it a point to meet us a few days prior to make sure everyone felt comfortable and to familiarize herself with our routine! She was on time, extremely caring and very knowledgeable. Viviane was great!  She watched our two girls on short notice and was very responsive and did a great job!  Our girls asked us the next day when she was coming back!  We will definitely hire Viviane again.

Viviane R has been babysitting for my children for over a year. She's one of the most reliable and dependable people I have ever worked with. She is always punctual and has never canceled on us last minute. In case of emergencies, Viviane is genuinely eager to help out.

I have known Viviane for more than 15yrs .Viviane is an exceptionally kind hearted individual whom goes above and beyond to provide her services to anyone in need. Any child that has the privilege of having Viviane as a child care will experience the fun and joy she brings to all the little hearts she touches.

Vivian was last minute help for me very early morning around 6:45 AM (considering that situation, an angel God sent to help me) when my other babysitter cancelled on me just 45 minutes before job start time. Fortunately Vivian responded back to my job post very early in the morning and was at my place in next 15 minutes - I hired a cab for her to be at my place quickly but she did all she could to start in next 5 minutes to be at my place considering the emergency situation I had to take care of, not eating her breakfast, leaving everything else behind. I appreciate her understanding and willingness so much to help me be with the unexpected bad situation before extremely important appointment in next one hour. Cannot thank her enough for understanding my panic. She was very pleasant and willing to help with whatever I needed help with. My son loved spending time with her. 

I recommend her very strongly and will hire her again!!!

Great personality.  Likes to play and interact with the kids. My kids didn't want her to go!

Viviane is a very dedicated, compassionate, empathetic, and loving individual. Shes someone that's very dependable and loyal to a fault. Viviane is such an easy going and optimistic person. She is very family oriented, which is something I truly admire about her. Her energy when talking about her loved ones is something to see.
