I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules and enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games. I am also CPR and First Aid certified. I provide regular updates via text or phone call, and I'm happy to follow your preferred communication method. I speak Spanish, have a car, and am comfortable with pets.
