Vitaliy is a truly caring and compassionate caregiver. He took excellent care of my father, who had dementia. He was meticulous about my father’s hygiene — brushing his hair, helping him shower and use the bathroom, and always treating him with respect and dignity. He also kept the house clean, took care of groceries and meals, and made sure my father had everything he needed. What stood out the most was how deeply he connected with my father — talking to him, taking him on walks, and even accompanying him to doctor’s appointments.
