Belingual ( English and Russian). Making a difference in the lives of adults and seniors is my calling. For 15 +years, I've been a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide. Most of the time, I worked at the hospitals through a staffing agency. I have a lot of experiences to work with clients on telemetry, acute and sub-acute, rehab, oncology, medical-surgical departments. I am very familiar with G bag placement, wound dressing, bed soar prevention and treatment. My graduate degree enhances my ability to provide comprehensive support, including hospice services, personal care, and medical management. I am skilled in de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I'm also proficient in meal preparation, mobility assistance, and running errands. I have current Basic Life Support and Management of Assaulting Behavior certificates. I am comfortable with pets.
