I am a mother of four children, 2 of which are diagnosed neurodivergent kiddos. I also have experience as a babysitter for children that aren't my own. I have some experience as an elder caregiver in a home setting, and my duties included transferring my client to and from her bed, toilet, shower, chair, etc. from her wheelchair, helping with toileting, showering, meds, diabetes management (including giving insulin), meal preparation, gardening, and pet care. My client had mild dementia and so I also have a little experience with that as well.

Virginia has the patience of a Monk! She cared for all four of my small children with ease. She is very fair when it comes to kids playing nicely with one another and she always made sure that they were eating as healthy as possible while in her care. I would trust her with my kids for an overnight outing and even an extended period of time. She is reliable and trustworthy which are both undoubtedly something that every parent should look for while searching for someone to care for their child. You can tell that she was born to raise babies as she is so compassionate and caring. She understands that kids will be kids and is very flexible to their individual needs. You simply can't go wrong with Virginia! :-)
