I highly recommend Virginia to care for your little one! She watched my 4yo while we were in the hospital having my son. It was a difficult situation, as my 4yo was sick and upset she couldn’t be with Mom and Dad. But Virginia handled the whole situation SO beautifully! She came up with lots of activities for them to do to celebrate her becoming a big sister, she comforted her when she was upset we weren’t there, and gave age-appropriate explanations for everything that was going on. She’s the perfect mixture of playful and structured. My daughter was in such great spirits and it’s all thanks to Virginia!
