I have been a caregiver since my teenage years helping with my grandparents, parents and siblings. Helping others has been my passion. I went to school and was trained as a LNA(Lincensed Nursing Assistant), Caregiver, Med Tech, CPR/First Aid and have worked with seniors for 23 years. I have worked in nursing homes, hospitals, group homes, assisted living facilities, independent settings, memory care units, Alzheimer and dementia units, hospice care and private homes. I am honest, compassionate, hardworking, reliable and love what I do. My interests are driving, helping others, singing, watching sports, movies, some cooking etc. I am a mother as well as a grandmother.

There are not enough words to describe my gratitude for Virginia. She helped my family with my 90-year-old mom whom we brought home to live with us in February. Virginia is wise, grounded, experienced and caring. She could easily assist my mom from her lift chair to bed, change her, bathe her, help with her meals. She was a great companion to my mom, talking, laughing and sharing stories. Virginia was 100% reliable - and went out of her way in the end to come during her off days/hours. She takes pride in her job and not only took the most excellent care of my mom as she declined, but she took care of me. She gave me her shoulder, her support and her love. She is a remarkable human being and we were so blessed to have her in our home. My mom passed a few weeks ago, but I will never lose touch with her. If you are fortunate enough to hire Virginia to help you, do not hesitate!
