As a caregiver with 20 years of experience, I've had the privilege of watching children blossom under my care. My passion for fostering their growth and development, coupled with my formal education in early childhood development and experience with special needs children, has equipped me to handle any situation with ease. I believe in open and honest communication with parents and keep them updated about their child's day through verbal communication, regular texts, or phone calls, whichever method they prefer. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I'm very comfortable doing so in a firm yet gentle manner. I strongly believe that consistency and structure are essential for children's well-being. To ensure their holistic development, I enjoy playing a variety of games with them, from outdoor sports to board games and educational games that stimulate their young minds.
