About Virginia

I've been a career Nanny for the last 9 years and it is truly a joy! Most recently I was live in Nanny for a 6mo- 18mo in Honolulu & NYC. In addition to nannying, I've worked in preschools, run summer camps & during my college years I was as a classroom aid at the Wellesley Child Study Center. I'm excited to match with a respectful, loving family with 1-3 children in the Denver area. My childcare philosophy centers on prioritizing healthy routines, nonjudgmental communication, child-led imaginative play, outdoor time, creative pursuits, and fostering compassion and curiosity. I have experience sleep training (nap & overnight) and potty training. I also value regular check-ins with parents to ensure we're working as a team to help your little ones thrive. I'm happy to help out around the house in any way you need me. I love to meal prep, adore pets, and I'm a safe and cautious driver with my own car (Honda CR-V).
