Hi! My name is Virginia, I'm 25 years old and I'm from Uruguay. I have extensive experience working with children of different ages, gained through many years in the Scout movement, where I started as a child and later became a group leader. This experience helped me develop strong skills in responsibility, organization, patience, and teamwork. I'm a caring, calm, and reliable person. I truly enjoy spending time with kids, supporting their emotional development, encouraging independence, and creating a safe and positive environment. I'm comfortable helping with daily routines, preparing simple meals, organizing activities, assisting with homework, and adapting to each family's needs. I've lived abroad and adapt easily to new cultures and family dynamics. I'm responsible, respectful, and take my role very seriously, while still bringing warmth and good energy to the household.
