I am writing this as a personal reference for Violet. She takes her career very seriously and she takes care of children as if they were her own. She is a seasoned nanny and is very organized, structured, dependable while at the same time very loving, nurturing and patient and flexible as you have to be with young children. Safety with children is her main concern whether it be cleanliness, safe playing environment, and safe health and mental environment. She treats her services as a professional business and is reliable and always handles herself as an entrepreneur paying attention to all the little details, giving the best service possible. She is gifted by qualities ingrained in her by her faith such as love, patience, kindness, wisdom, and gentleness. If I had small children I would hire Violet in a heartbeat.
