Ms.Yola as we call her is an amazing nanny/caretaker. She takes care of 3 five-year-olds including our daughter and she is a god sent. We are a group of friends with kids in the same age group and as the pandemic started we weren't sure what to do for our kids, we were not comfortable sending the kids back to daycare. Ms.yola first started with taking care of one of the kids and soon started managing 3 children. Her ramp-up to three kids was effortless and I was pleasantly surprised at how soon the kids fell in love with her. She has a great knack for getting kids to follow instructions while being patient and using positive reinforcement. My daughter adores Ms.Yola and looks forward to every day with her. Ms.Yola is also crazy efficient.She is very punctual and every minute that she spends in the house,she works with the kids, helps spruce up the house and is extremely productive. I hope Ms.Yola is always part of our children's lives and will recommend her to any family in a heartbeat
