Violet seemed like she was capable and able to do the job as requested. Unfortunately after arranging a trial run I never heard back from her with two pre-reminder messages and did not show at our agreed timeframe. I did not hear anything after to explain why. Not sure if something came up but I was disappointed in the lack of communication. It seemed like she had the skills and willingness to learn when I did a pre-chat. This may have been a one off so I am giving three stars.
