I'd describe my personality as calm, compassionate, diplomatic. I like working with children because I love helping children grow. I like being able to meet each child where they are to help reach new milestones. Kids are precious and bring so much joy! I love sharing my skills and partnering with families, to help each continue to thrive and navigate through parenthood. I began working with kids 2010. In my spare time I like to swim, hike, explore tea and spend time with family/friends. Background; Former early education teacher infant and toddler. Vineise was the caregiver of my son when he was in a toddler-level class from age 1-2 years old.  She created an environment where he was cared for and began to learn life skills.  Her personality set him at ease, and he looked forward to seeing her daily.  Vineise easily created trust with the children and parents. She made me feel comfortable leaving my son with her while I went to work.   It is easy to see the joy she gets through her work caring for children and creating environments where they learn and thrive. I often tell my now 5-year old how lucky he was to have someone like Vineise caring for him when he was so young. She helped set the foundation of how he would learn to interact with educators and he has grown-up. 

Vineise has been a nanny for our infant son for the last (5) months. We are so grateful for her incredible support and dedication to our son. I appreciate how careful she is, and how she truly has a love for children. We are so sad to have her leave us- but are relocating.

Vineise is amazing! I was fortunate to work alongside her at childcare center. I got to witness how tender, compassionate, engaging and caring she was to all the children. Her passion for nurturing little minds is ever present! 

Viniese is amazing with my two kids, 4 and 2 years old! I appreciate her patience and kindness, she definitely transmite them to my boys and they love her. She is very reliable, punctual, and has initiative. Also, she is a great person to be around with very good moral values. She is always looking for ways to help. Vineise was so wonderful and kind. She helped take care of my 5 month old for a few days while he was off from daycare. She really loves babies and was so good with him. We will definitely have her back again!

Vineise is incredibly reliable, caring, fun, and communicative. My son and daughter absolutely love her and are very excited to see her when she comes. She provides updates while we are out and send pictures when we ask :). She genuinely cares about and enjoys our children, which is the most important thing to us. It is so nice to be able to go out and know our kids are in such great hands!

Vineise is a wonderful caregiver! With her daycare teaching background and her caring and thoughtful personality she brings a lot to the table as a caregiver. My son LOVES her! She follows all instructions given and knows when to deviate from them when needed. She provides updates while you're away. It's hard to describe how amazing she is in a review but for someone who doesn't have family in the area, knowing we have Vineise to watch our toddler son, provides a very welcomed sense of relief! I know my son will eat dinner and sleep well when she's babysitting for us in the evening. He wakes up asking for her in the morning. She's wonderful! She's punctual, reliable, responsible, and safe. We love her!

Vinesie is very punctuational and reliable She is also a great communicator and very good with our son. Any family is lucky to have her as a caregiver. 

Vineise has been great with my 3 year old daughter! She is patient, kind, and responsible. Vineise is also always on time and very communicative. I also appreciate her flexibility and willingness to accommodate my inconsistent schedule. My daughter enjoys her time with Vineise and I feel very secure and comfortable knowing she is there for her when I can't be!

Vineise is a true gem -- she is a professional caregiver during the week, which means she checks all the safety boxes and immediately alleviated any of our concerns about leaving our daughter alone with someone we met off the internet.  She is punctual, dependable, and most importantly, communicative.  Our two-year old daughter adores spending time with Vineise, and she's great at varied play and transitioning between outdoor and indoor activities, diaper changes, and meal times.  If you are on the fence, at least reach out for a video call -- you won't regret it!

Vineise is lovely with the kids and a true professional, both of our boys absolutely love having her and we are able to leave with full peace of mind they are in good hands.  100% recommended.

We loved Vineise!  She is professional, compassionate, and safe and makes us parents feel more comfortable stepping away knowing that our children are in such incredible hands. Our one-year-old was so pleased with her, and our almost three-year-old couldn't stop talking about all the fun they had doing lots of interactive activities. 

Vineise communicated with us and even sent us some pictures, which eased our minds even more.
