I'd describe my personality as patient, kind and My youngest brother who is 62, is special needs, epilepsy, severe autism and mild retardation. I have always been in contact with him and the group home staff. He lives in Scottsdale and sees my brother in Phoenix weekly. We are his legal guardians. and my brother in Phoenix, AZ are his legal guardians. I'm looking for a job that assists special needs adults, getting to know the person and their likes and habits. I am a retired Special Education teacher of 16 years after 27 years in the Corporate sector. I started caring for seniors when my brother became a senior 6 years ago. I also assisted my Mother in law helping my Father in law. I like to go to the gym, grocery shop, run errands and do laundry and other activities around the house. One thing you should know about me is that I will be patient and kind. My skills include getting to know people and getting to know me. They will trust me more and more as we spend time together.
