About Vinaya

Hi there!! My name is a bit hard to pronounce, so most people call me Vinny (unless you are 3 years old or younger in which case Binny works). I have 7 years of professional nanny experience, as well as a lifetime of experience as a big sister and oldest of 3. I am comfortable working with all ages, including infants. I have a degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Development and Family Systems, which means I get really excited about things like age-appropriate exploration, understanding each kiddo through a developmental lens, and coming up with fun activities and learning opportunities based on their interests and needs. I'm also a foodie and love to incorporate healthy food exploration whenever I can. Mostly, I love creating a space where kids can have fun, be themselves, and feel genuinely cared for -- while making life a little easier for their parents too. I look forward to connecting with you!
