Vilma is a very caring woman. She has gone above and beyond for my 92 year old mother. She is the best health aide I have hired. Works great with the other health aides and is always willing to help out. Her skills are excellent in handling all my moms needs. She is always on time and willing to fill in when necessary. I usually write very positive reviews for our employees, but find it necessary to let others know about this candidate. Be very careful when considering hiring Vilma. Although she was hired with a specific schedule, she was constantly making changes and then let us know that she needed more than a week off for a previously planned commitment.  After working numerous hours trying to accommodate her constant changes and time off needed, and her actually only working 3 days for us, she sent me a text that she would not be returning for her shift the following day due to training for another job, which left us with no coverage for my mother. We did not hear from her until later the next day, when she did text my sister to tell her what days she would be able to continue working for us.  No questions about coverage for my mother earlier in the day!! It became very clear to my family that Vilma does not keep her clients' best interest as a priority, but seems more concerned with her own needs and schedule. Needless to say, we terminated her employment!
