About Vila

Hello my name is Vila, I go by (Noemi) I have been in child care since 2019 and have loved it, there is never a dull moment in childcare! I'm looking for a job that allows creative freedom. I love coming up with new crafts and activities to do with the kids I work with. I look for families who provide a loving environment and encourage growth. I worked at a daycare in high school and loved it, When I graduated I was hired on as a nanny, and loved the deeper relationships that developed not only with the kids but the parents as well. I try to communicate with you so to integrate your family values while working with your kids. My skills include Patience In child care you have to be willing to endure 2 hour long tantrums while having the ability to express love and understanding towards your kids. Creativity I am good at coming up with new exciting concepts to engage and encourage problem solving skills and imagination! First Aid I am first aid and CPR certified.
