About Vienne

I began my childcare experience at Messiah's aftercare program, working with children from preschool through middle school. I supported younger kids with daily routines and activities, while helping elementary and middle school students with homework and building academic confidence. This role taught me how to balance different age groups and adapt my communication style. I later worked as a nanny for children ranging from preschool to middle school, where I provided more individualized care. I created structured routines, planned engaging activities, and offered one-on-one academic support. These experiences helped me develop strong patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for supporting children's growth and learning.
