About Victor

As an Assistant Director for a Summer Camp for the past 4 years and a Youth Coordinator for a Recreation Center, I have extensive experience working with youth. Before that I was a counselor and tutor, and before that a camper and kid myself from a big family. I grew up in a close-knit neighborhood and attended a very communal church. I was fortunate enough to have patient, caring people present during my most turbulent times growing up, and believe that made the pivotal difference in my life. I am committed to paying it forward and extending that experience to others.
